Introducing
Amy Tague
|
My name is
Amy Tague and I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College where I earned my certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer. Animal Behavior College (ABC) is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education and is an internationally recognized school. My year long commitment to this program has provided me with a formal education in canine obedience training and understanding behavior and its motives. My certification, education and experience provide me the skills required to effectively and humanely train your dog while keeping alive the spark that makes your dog so special to you.

- I use positive training methods to create trust and respect to help achieve compliance between my clients and their dogs.
- For dogs to be balanced and fulfilled, they must be physically, mentally and socially exercised daily!
- Walking defines who dogs are so it is important to get your dog out walking! I do a classroom/recess style walk to fulfill the way a dog explores, through his nose! Let your dog sniff and explore while on “recess” and while in the “classroom,” I will teach you how to dictate pace, direction and give obedience cues.
- Being a CONSISTENT leader/teacher/parent will help your dog to relax, respect and to trust you.
- Dogs are NOT humans, they are animals first and need to be fulfilled and honored for what they are, a dog, not a human. :)
